|Course Description:||Sepideh Yeoh is a Life & Career Coach and founder of “Inspired By Sepideh” coaching for the whole family. Her philosophy is SIMPLE, it’s about getting to know who you are deep down inside, eliminating behaviors that cause pain while making habits of the ones that bring joy. She encourages clients to utilize their breath in achieving focus and clarity.
The “Inspired Sanctuary” has three parts. The first focuses on breathing and will help you connect to your breath. The breath is a powerful tool usually not well utilized. Our modern life style leaves very little room to focus inwards. We have been raised to look for the answers and solutions outside of ourselves. As the famous ancient Persian Poet, Rumi put it so beautifully “Whatever you are looking for, you are”.
Track 1 sample – Sample:
The second part is a guided meditation taking you through a series of steps, to your own “sanctuary”. Your sanctuary is the place you visualize and can go to, when you need to get away from distractions of your daily. It is your place to go when you need to go to a quiet space and meditate.

The third part emphasizes on the importance of acknowledging your feelings, however unpleasant they may feel. We have been raised to label feelings. In some cultures, feeling and showing certain emotions is not allowed. Cultural rules discourage the society from showing emotions associated with negativity. As a result there are there are issues that never get resolved, they never surface and stay hidden deep down inside. When you learn to acknowledge your feelings, you are validating them regardless of the intensity and nature of your feelings.

It is important that you allow the time to turn your attention inward and begin clearing your mind. Begin working through the patterns of behavior that keep you from moving forward. You owe it to yourself to tend to your needs. May the “Inspired Sanctuary” inspire you to be your best, to live life and enjoy every moment.
